Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstract Topic – abstracts must be allocated to a specific Theme, Topic and Sub-Topic.
- Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced. References may be single-spaced.
- Abstract title - limited to 20 words in UPPER CASE
- Abstract text – limited to 250 words
- Key words- 3 to 5 key words
Abstract Submission and Publication
- Abstracts (250 words) must clearly state the theme.
- Full papers (4000–5000 words) should follow Springer format.
- All submissions will undergo peer review.
- Accepted papers will be published in Springer’s Algorithms for Intelligent Systems series (subject to approval).

Submission Rules for Papers
To ensure your paper is eligible for review, please adhere to the following guidelines. Papers that do not comply with these instructions will NOT be considered for review:
Note:
- Each paper must be submitted to only one thematic session.
- Submitted papers must not have been previously presented, scheduled for presentation, published, or accepted for publication by any other journal, publisher, or organization.
- Papers under review at the time of submission must not be published before the conference.
- After the submission deadline, no changes will be allowed in the paper title, abstract, authorship, or the submitted document.
Paper Formatting Guidelines
Please ensure your submission adheres to the following formatting requirements:
Note:
- The maximum length of the submission is 4000-5000 words, including the title page, author(s) detail, figures, tables, appendices, and references.
- Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double spacing for the main text. References may be single-spaced.
- Submit the entire document, including the title page (in title case), abstract (250 words), main text, figures, graphs, tables, and references, in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Number all pages in the document.
- Ensure the uploaded file is virus-free before submission.
