Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The authors are requested to follow the below mentioned submission guidelines
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Structure: The abstract should follow the structured abstract format, containing the following subheadings:
- Purpose: State the purpose or objective of the research.
- Design/Methodology/Approach: Describe how the research was conducted.
- Findings: Summarize the key results.
- Practical Implications: Highlight the implications for practice, policy, or further research.
- Originality/Value: Explain the contribution and novelty of the study.
- Theme Selection: Select the appropriate Theme → Topic → Sub → Topic before submission.
- Title: Maximum 20 words, written in UPPERCASE.
- Abstract Length: Maximum 250 words, clearly indicating the selected theme.
- Keywords: Provide 3–5 relevant keywords.
- Formatting
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Line spacing: Double-spaced (References may be single-spaced).
- File Format: Submit in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
- All abstracts will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
- Acceptance Notification: Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full papers.
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- Originality: Full papers must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
- Thematic Submission: Each paper must correspond to one specific thematic session.
- Length: 5,000–6,000 words, including title page, figures, tables, appendices, and references.
- Formatting
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Line spacing: Double-spaced (References may be single-spaced).
- Pagination: Pages must be numbered.
- File Format: Submit the paper in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format.
- Template: The full paper must strictly follow the conference paper template available on the official conference website.
- Review: All full papers will be reviewed by the Technical and Review Committee based on originality, relevance, and contribution.
