  • Select the appropriate Theme → Topic → Sub-Topic for your abstract.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced (References may be single-spaced).
  • Title: Maximum 20 words, written in UPPERCASE.
  • Abstract Length: Maximum 250 words, clearly indicating the selected theme.
  • Keywords: Provide 3–5 keywords.
  • All abstracts will undergo a review process

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Full papers must be original and not submitted/published elsewhere.
  • Each paper may be submitted to only one thematic session.
  • Length: 5000–6000 words (including title page, figures, tables, appendices, and references).
  • Formatting
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Double-spaced main text (References may be single-spaced).
  • Pages must be numbered.
  • File Format: Submit the paper in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF.
  • The paper must follow the template available on the conference website.
